Zazenkai is an opportunity to practice meditation for an extended period of time. We will offer zazen, walking meditation and opportunity for daisan. It is a wonderful opportunity to deepen our practice in community with others. Hope you will join us. For further info including parking, link to the Zazenkia tab.

At this meeting we will discuss our thoughts and insights about the first part of the seminal Zen book: Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind written by Shunryu Suzuki. We will focus on Part I, Right Practice - up to page 34. Light snacks will be provided. Contact Beth Bachmann email@example.com or Dale Spriggs firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
